Michael King

Michael King is a globally recognised Pilates teacher and educator with over 47 years of experience. Originally a dancer, he trained with leading Pilates elders before founding MK Pilates, delivering teacher training in over 30 countries. Passionate about preserving the Pilates method, Michael focuses on high-quality education, movement integrity, and the evolution of Pilates in modern practice.

Malcolm Muirhead

Malcolm Muirhead is an experienced Pilates teacher and educator, known for his expertise in movement, rehabilitation, and teacher training. With a background in education and Pilates, he has been instrumental in developing and delivering high-quality Pilates education alongside MK Pilates. Passionate about functional movement and biomechanics, Malcolm brings a wealth of knowledge to help teachers refine their skills and deepen their understanding of the Pilates method.
