Terms & Conditions
1. Booking and Payment

Group classes and sessions operate on a pay-as-you-go basis.

Clients can book and pay online in advance or pay in person before the class starts.

Payments made online are non-refundable, but bookings may be transferred to a different class with at least 24 hours' notice.

Walk-ins are accepted if space is available; however, booking in advance is recommended to secure a place.
2. Health and Safety

All clients must complete a health questionnaire before attending their first class.

Clients are responsible for informing the instructor of any medical conditions, injuries, or changes to their health that may affect participation.

It is the client's responsibility to update their health questionnaire if there are any changes to their condition.
3. Attendance and Cancellations

Clients who book a class but cannot attend must provide at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule.

No-shows or cancellations made less than 24 hours before the class will be charged in full.

If a class is cancelled by the instructor, clients will be given the option of a refund or transferring their booking to another class.
4. Class Etiquette

Please arrive on time; late arrivals may not be permitted to join the session.

Wear comfortable, non-restrictive clothing and bring your own mat if preferred.

Mobile phones should be switched off or on silent during the class.

Be respectful of others in the class and follow the instructor’s guidance at all times.
5. Liability

Clients participate at their own risk. While all reasonable care is taken to ensure safety, the instructor is not liable for any injuries sustained during the class.

Clients must listen to their body and inform the instructor if they experience any discomfort or pain.

The instructor reserves the right to refuse participation if a client is deemed unfit to take part in the session.
6. Data Protection

Personal information provided in the health questionnaire will be kept confidential and used solely for the purpose of ensuring client safety during classes.
By attending a class, clients agree to these terms and conditions.
